Rape, Trafficking of Hindu Women Rampant in Tea Gardens of Jalpaiguri

Hindu workers are living in an abject poverty in tea gardens in North Bengal; they are being deprived of basic amenities and are also getting victims to the rising tentacles of Islamic fundamentalism. It has come to knowledge, Hindu workers in the tea plantations are having a wage of Rs. 95 (at best) daily – an unbelievable wage structure (if vehemently rising market prices are kept in mind) to enable a single individual to live healthily, not to speak of maintaining an entire family.

What do they do in case of illness? Hapless Hindus have no other option other than moving to nearest urban centres to get the basic treatment; neither the tea estates provide any such facility nor there is any such planning with them (at the moment) for the future.

To make the story worse, Hindu families, especially their womenfolk, are becoming easy preys of lusts of Muslims. The number of Muslim laborers has risen exponentially in the last few years and if secret reports of various organizations are counted on, their thumping increase is stimulating owners of tea gardens to be unsupportive to the Hindu workers.

The pathetic experience of Priyanka Kiro, daughter of A. Kiro, is not an eye-opener only but is enough to send a shudder through the spine also. The innocent Hindu girl was virtually raped by a Muslim goon, named Ashfaq, at Rahimabad tea estate in Dooars (District: Jalpaiguri) a week before the last Kalipuja. Even if the aged father tried his best to get support from police, he is yet to have any and Priyanka remains shell shock until now.

As per our studies, this is not any stray incident but is becoming a regular feature almost. About five years back, one daughter of the same family had been molested by Muslim crooks and at that time too, administration denied to extend any support to the wretched family.

It’s getting dangerous for Hindu women to save their dignity in Rahimabad tea estate along with in several other estates. While on one hand, fear of violation by Muslim culprits reigns supreme among Hindu women, women’s trafficking (of Hindu women in particular) has reached an all-time high in the area. Local people have confirmed that Muslim agents are increasing their strengths by leaps and bounds, enticing helpless Hindu women by promising them good jobs but are selling them to brothels across India for Rs 80,000 to 1,20,000 rupees each ultimately.

Islamic Fundamentalism Rising in North Bengal

Drastic changes are taking place in the realm of Jalpaiguri, North Bengal, stealthily; Hindu-dominated areas (erstwhile) are being changed by escalating Muslim population swiftly leading to a rapid transformation in the vicinity as regards culture, food habits.

This startling report has come to the fore owing to a painstaking study of Hindu Samhati.

Following (recent) Assam violence in 2012, a large number of Muslims entered areas falling under P.S. Shamuktala and P.S. Kumargram, Block: Kumargram, District: Jalpaiguri. A refugee camp was also established for them under the auspices of governmental agencies, recorded to shelter a large number of them. Even if the camp was disbanded a few weeks later officially and a lots of dwellers there went back, many preferred to remain with their relatives. Unfortunately a news was published in mainstream media of return of Muslims en masse to Assam; the report was far from truth.

And the scenario in the vicinity is changing as a result. As fresh reports are coming in, Muslims are not remaining silent but expressing strong desires to marry Hindu girls for their own expansion exclusively. With this end in view their nefarious designs are fortifying day in and day out and they have been successful in a few cases too by now.

Rapid changes are being perceived in tea gardens where Muslims are in majority – cow slaughtering is getting common here more than ever before. Moreover, when on earth aboriginal Hindus (adivasis or tribal) are protesting against these rigorous acts, they are being (both) threatened, admonished and if necessary warned of dire consequences as well.

Hindus remain confused; they neither enjoy support of the administration nor of political parties – ever ready to appease Muslims for political gains – and hence, are left in the lurch.

Fake Currency Trade by Muslims in Maldah Ravaging Bengal

Bangladesh Emerging as a Cause of Concern for India

Trade of fake notes is rampant in Maldah at the moment; success of police to have fake notes worth Rs. 11 lakh (1 lakh = 100,000)  owing to nightlong investigations (on December 11 and 12, 2012) in Vaishnabnagar and Kaliachak in the district and arrest of four Muslims in this context have revealed the dirty secrets predominating this bordering district of Bengal for decades.

Maldah happens to be a stronghold for illegal Muslim infiltrators from Bangladesh to India for decades and trade of fake Indian currency helps them to ensure their safety in India immensely – the dirty secret.

It is to be noted, Suraj Jamal Sheikh, one of the kingpins in this trade, along with a few of his accomplices was arrested by local police a few days back leading to a great sensation in the whole district. And his arrest ensured police that fake notes are entering India from across the border and spreading to the rest of country after that. Top senior police officials (on condition of anonymity) stated that the foremost aim of this endeavor is to destabilize the whole country economically and radical Muslim groups in Pakistan, Bangladesh and India are playing nefarious roles in this context.

As per both BSF and police sources, Muslim traders are using Vaishnabnagar and Kaliachak in India-Bangladesh border area as transit points. Police, while arresting Suraj Jamal Sheikh and Marful Sheikh, recovered fake notes worth Rs. 2 lakhs.

On Tuesday (December 11, 2012, at night), police arrested Iman Sheikh with fake notes Rs. 2 lakhs from Shovapur Pardenapur in Vaishnabnagar.

On Wednesday (December 12, 2012, at night), police (of P.S. Vaishnabnagar and Englishbazar) arrested 3 Muslims with fake notes worth Rs. 9 lakh. As per police sources, police nabbed two Islamists on the fateful night from Shukpara, Kumbhira, P.S. Vaishnabnagar, India-Bangladesh border area and got fake notes worth Rs. 6 lakhs from them. Both culprits (Majibar Sheikh and Ruhal Sheikh) were riding a motorbike (without any number) then; each of 600 notes found from them was worth Rs. 1000. Majibar and Ruhal live in Mohabbatpur, Kaliachak. Initial investigations of police reveal, they were going to deliver the amount from Bangladesh to any other state in India.

On the same night (December 12, 2012), police force (P.S. Englishbazar) arrested a Muslim youth, named Nawab Sharif, resident of Vaishnabnagar, from Rathbari More – fake notes worth Rs. 3 lakhs were seized from him.

Durga Puja Pandal Vandalized in North Dinajpur, Muslim Mafia Controlled Administation Persecutes Hindus

District : North Dinajpur; Police Station : Karandighi;

In Bethan village, a Durga Puja is organized each year by tribals / locals comprised of Mahato and Rajbonshis. The puja is the main celebration of this group in the village annually, in this northern district of West Bengal.

On 19th October 2012 (Panchami-5th day of Puja), the committee was approached by a grieving truck driver, who said that he was victimized by this Muslim gang 2 kms away from this area.  He claimed he was looted by them, asked the organizers for assistance in remediating this nuisance (looting, etc) by approaching the adminstration.

Several puja committee members went to this location and saw a West Bengal poice vehicle in the very spot.  They informed the police of the trucker's delemna, and enquired of reason for the lack of protection for the common people from regular looting by the Muslim robbers. The policemen asked the puja organizers to mind their own business, to return to their puja altar, or face serious consequences, which could result in the cancellation of the Durga puja itself for this club.  Later it was learned that the police in the area are deeply attached with the robbers and the local Muslim mafia.

On 20th October 2012 (Shasthi-6th day of Puja), around 11 o clock, a white vehicle arrived in front of the puja pandal, stalled there for a few minutes, and left.  This vehicle is reported to be owned by Sheikh Jaidul Rahman, who is attached with the local mosque,  and also the mafia.  The police came after the white car left the scene.  Second Officer of Karandighi Police Station, Tarun Karmakar, apparently dead drunk came with his force, and started hurling abusive words at the organizers.  He slapped the puja secretary, and when the public protested, he took out his service revolver, and called for more police backup.  Karmakar along with his officers kicked and threw the murthi of Debi Saraswati, broke the murthi of Karkick, and defiled the pandal.

It was apparent that Tarun Karmakar and his force were working under the direct influence of Jaidul Rahman.  Hindu women were abused and assulted, their saris were torn, etc.  Four organizers were arrested, and cases were given aganist them.  The arrested were Parameshwar mahato, Paresh Mahato, Bibekananda Mahatao, and Debu Mahato.

On 21st October 2012 (Saptami-7th day of Puja), the entire village of Bethan participated in the blocking of the local road system and demanded the following:

1. Persecution of the Criminals who broke the Hindu religious deities.

2. The local Muslim mafia (controlled by the area mosque) has to be apprehended and disbanded.

3. Puja Committe members have to be unconditionally released.

On 20th October, cases were given on 28 persons and 4 arrested, on the day of the road blocade, 36 persons were given cases and 1 arrested. Four persons have been released on bail, one person is
still not released as of early December.

The puja committee and local Hindu organizations have contacted Hindu Samhati for assistance on this matter, and Hindu Samhati has offered to help the village.
